Cool Chinese graphs on Baidu, Google

Here are some cool Chinese graphs courtesy of IResearch via one of my favorite blogs, Mao Xian Jia's China Tech Stories.

MXJ's story doesn't have an available link, but if you go here, scroll down to "iResearch's Report on Baidu (July 30 2007) and get his English translation of the iResearch report.

These graphs from iResearch put color on Baidu's Q2 earnings report. Here's the Chinese/IResearch piece in Chinese.

MXJ also interprets (I'm guessing) iResearch information about Google.

Google's news coverage has seen significant increase in the first half. It's traffic increased from only 4.5% in January to 13.3% in June, gaining nearly 9% of traffic shares. The collaboration with Sina and other major portals has played important roles. Combining with Google.com with Google.cn, Google's Chinese news service would be ranked number two in China.

Baidu remains king in China search, but Google's inroads are coming with strength. Love them or hate them, they are 'Guge'.

Pupule Paul is a teeny bit long BIDU.
