Off the grid in Hawaii?


11:42 am (Hawaii) Growing up in Hawaii, in the city, it always seemed unlikely that people could ever revert back to a simpler, more authentic life. Living off the land? That's for hermits and outcasts, right? But as our nation and the global economy continues to decline, the possibility of living in a natural way, beyond the competitive, selfish flavor of modern life, I can't help but dig into more information and knowledge. There are people out there who live well, and they have little to nothing to do with depending on a petroleum-oriented lifestyle. One of them is actor Jason Scott Lee (above).
