No sour Apple: shares bouncing back

Apple's sour day is nearly forgotten.

After tumbling more than 6% to $134.89 yesterday, shares of AAPL are up to $137.22 in pre-market trading today. After today's session, Apple's earnings report will be out.

Also trading higher in pre-market: BIDU, up from yesterday's $175.04 to $179.40; CROX, from $47.85 to $48.54; SINA, from $43.70 to $44.51; SNDK, from $57.12 to $57.76; GOOG, from $514 to $517; RIMM, up $3 to $224.

Amazon, of course, continues to rocket after yesterday's blowout earnings report. Shares ran from the $69 close to $84 by the end of extended-hours trading. This morning, AMZN is now up to $85.50 with 30 minutes until the bell.

Also trading higher is Spartan Motors (SPAR), now $15.09 in pre-market, and Potash (POT), which is trading at $80.60, up $1.35.

Down in a large way is small-cap Hoku Scientific, which closed yesterday at $11.26, but traded down in after hours. This morning, HOKU is trading at $10.05.
