LULU at a decent price in premarket

Short interest is increasing and skeptics are growing. lululemon athletica, as I've written recently, is scorned by the very demographic that has nothing to do with its apparel: adult males. Think about it. If there's ever going to be coverage from the big houses, why would it happen sooner than later? Most analysts are male, have no clue how much women love lululemon apparel, and like the average male, has no real inkling what the power of this Co really is.

After Friday's close at 43.32, LULU was below its 10-day EMA and SMA for the first time since Sept. 18. The stock is at 43.50 in premarket trading, below its 10-day EMA (44.38) and SMA (45.09). Is LULU a buy here?

Pupule says: Buy. Though LULU has plenty to prove, and its buildout of stores in the U.S. is far from over, it's earnings season and the Fed rate cut of last month is a great boost to retailers. This would not be a bad spot to add a small position. I'll be tempted to do this, but will probably wait until we get word from the Co about its next earnings report date. Could be awhile since they announced their recent earnings about a month ago.
